Here are all of the Pokemon that are specific to the Alola region and also more details about each of them. These were also all of the possible results that you could have gotten on our quiz.
Rattata & Raticate (Dark & Normal Combination)
Ratatta and Raticate are both usually pure normal types in their original forms. They end up turning into dark and normal combinations in their Alolan Forms.
In terms of design, Alolan Rattata turn from purple to dark and they also get more hair. Raticate’s turn black and have chubbier faces.
Raichu (Electric & Psychic Combination)
Raichu is usually a pure electric type in its original form. It ends up turning into an electric and psychic combination in its Alolan form.
In terms of design, Alolan Raichu change color to a dark orange/ brown. Their ears and tails are also noticeably different from their original versions.

Vulpix and Ninetails are usually pure fire types in their original forms. To start, Vulpix end up turning into a pure ice type in its Alolan form. Ninetails end up turning into an ice and fairy combination.
In terms of design, Alolan Vulpix has curlier hair and changes colors into one that is white and light blue. Ninetails receives a significant design change, including changes in color, hair, body, and tail.
Diglett & Dugtrio (Ground & Steel Combination)
Diglett and Dugtriot are usually pure ground types in their original forms. They end up turning into ground and steel combinations in their Alolan forms.
In terms of design, Alolan Diglett have three sprouts of hair as compared to their original versions. Alolan Dugtrio gain a full head of blonde hair.
Meowth & Persian (Pure Dark Type)
Meowth and Persian are usually pure normal types in their original forms. They end up turning into pure dark types in their Alolan forms.
In terms of design, Alolan Meowth’s change color to a violet. Persian’s also change colors and have much wider faces than their original versions.
Geodude, Graveler & Golum (Rock & Electric Combination)
Geodude, Graveler, and Golum are usually rock and ground combinations in their original forms. They end up turning into rock and electric combinations in their Alolan forms.
In terms of design, Alolan Geodude gain some hair and eyebrows. Graveler gain some hair and some yellow spots. Golum gain full beards and gain magnets on their backs.
Grimer & Muk (Poison & Dark Combination)
Grimer and Muk are usually pure poison types in its original form. They end up turning into poison and dark combinations in their Alolan forms.
In terms of design, Alolan Grimer change color from purple to green and yellow. Alolan Muk change from purple to green, yellow, pink, and blue.
Exeggutor (Grass & Dragon Combination)
Exeggutor is usually a grass and psychic combination in its original form. It ends up turning into a grass and dragon combination in its Alolan form.
In terms of design, Alolan Exeggutor turns into a very tall palm tree and also adds a fourth head to its tail.
Marowak (Fire & Ghost Combination)
Marowak is usually a pure ground type in its original form. It ends up turning into a fire and ghost combination in its Alolan form.
In terms of design, Alolan Marowak’s body changes to black and their bone has blue flames on the end of it.
Additional Trivia
Here are some additional tidbits about Alolan Pokemon that we found interesting but couldn’t find another spot for:
1) Meowth is the first Pokemon to have more than one regional form.
There are both Galarian and Alolan versions of Meowth. In its Galarian version, Meowth turns into a pure steel type.
2) The first Alolan Pokemon revealed in the anime is Exeggutor.
This came in the first episode of the Sun & Moon series, titled: Alola to New Adventure!. Professor Oak teaches his class about the differences between Exeggutor’s.
3) Lillie uses an Alolan Vulpix as her main Pokemon in the anime.
Lillie calls it Snowy and it serves as her main travelling companion.
