Nidoking
Nidoking is a poison and ground combination that was introduced in the first generation. It evolves from Nidoran at level 16 and then from Nidorino after being exposed to a Moon Stone. It has a female counterpart, Nidoqueen which has similar typing but is blue.
In the early games, this was one of the main Pokemon that was used by Giovanni.
Gengar
Gengar is a poison and ghost combination that was introduced in the first generation. It evolves from Gastly at level 25 and then from Haunter after you trade it.
In the early games, this is one of the main team members of Agatha from the Elite 4.
Aerodactyl
Aerodactyl is a flying and rock combination that was introduced in the first generation. It does not evolve but is resurrected from Old Amber.
In the early games, this is one of the Pokemon that was used by Lance, who is a member of the Elite 4.

Mewtwo is a legendary psychic type that was introduced in the first generation. It does not evolve into anything and also does not evolve from anything. It is considered to be one of the most powerful Pokemon ever created.

Crobat
Crobat is a poison and flying combination that was introduced in the second generation. It evolves from Zubat at level 22 and then from Golbat after you level it up with a high enough friendship level.
In Generation 2, Crobat is used by both Janine and her father, Koga.
Drifblim
Drifblim is a ghost and flying combination that was introduced in the fourth generation. It evolves from Drifloon starting at level 28.
In Diamond and Pearl, Drifblim is used by Flint, who is a member of the Sinnoh Elite Four.
Goodra
Goodra is a legendary dragon type that was introduced in the sixth generation. It evolves from Goomy starting at level 40 and then into Sliggoo starting at level 50 while in the rain.
Toxtricity
Toxtricity is an electric and poison combination that was introduced in the eighth generation. It evolves from Toxel starting at level 30. Toxtricity has two different forms, Amped Form and Low Key Form.
