2) Which Original Starter Does Ash Add To His Team First?
Bulbasaur is the very first of the original starters that Ash adds to his team. This came during the 10th episode, which is titled Bulbasaur and the Hidden Village. Ash ends up also adding Charmander and Squirtle to his team, giving him all 4 of the original starters from the Pokemon games (including Pikachu from Yellow version).
3) What Was The Very First Bird Pokemon That Ash Adds To His Team?
Pidgeotto is the very first bird Pokemon that Ash added to his team. Like Caterpie, this also came during episode 3, which is titled Ash Catches a Pokémon. We later see Ash evolve this Pidgeotto into a Pidgeot.
4) Who Did Ash Trade His Butterfree For?
Ash ended up trading his Butterfree for a Raticate. This came during the 15th episode, which is titled, Battle Aboard the St. Anne. During the episode, Ash regrets the trade and ends up getting his Butterfree back.
5) What Is The Name Of The Trainer Who Abandons His Charmander, Leading To It Joining Ash’s Team?
Ash acquires a Charmander after it was abandoned by its old trainer named Damian. This came during the 11th episode, which is called Charmander – The Stray Pokémon. We later see that Charmander evolve all the way into a Charizard.

Professor Oak and Gary Oak are Grandfather and Grandson. Both of them play a large role in the first season of the show. Oak continues to play a major role in the rest of the anime series. Gary just shows up here and there throughout various seasons.

Ash was 10 years old when he started his Pokemon journey. This is the same age that trainers are able to get their very first Pokemon and start their journey’s.

Ash’s Haunter ends up staying with Sabrina, who is the leader of the Saffron City gym. This came during the 24th episode, which is titled Haunter versus Kadabra.
9) Which Pokemon Did Ash Catch At Gringey City?
While at the power plant in Gringey City, Ash is able to catch a Muk. This came during the 30th episode, which is called, Sparks Fly for Magnemite.
10) True Or False: Ash Caught A Zubat During The First Season
This is false as Ash did not catch a Zubat during the first season. Ash has never yet caught a Zubat or Golbat for his team. Maybe it will happen in the future but seems unlikely at this point.
